Well, there is STD's, but the most obvious side effect is that the girl is going to get pregnant. Girls always lie about taking birth control pills, so you have no protection at all on a one night stand from unwanted pregnancies. Early withdrawal is not an effective form of birth control. It's not unhealthy, but it's pretty stupid. She can still get pregnant, even if you don't "leak" inside of her. All that has to happen is for your penis to touch her vagina; there are still sperm cells on the tip.

First you need to learn correct terminology "leak" would be pre ***. Most men have it and it can contain sperm. You have NO way of knowing you releasing pre-*** or not.
STD's are spreading widely again! Do you know there are some that even a condom doesn't protect you against such as HPV? Do you know what HPV is? Do you know that you can get STD's of t he mouth and throat?
