PC muscle questions, am i doing it right?

Question: ok so when ever i do PC muscle exercises my peni s flicks up a little. i can do like 2000 in a row. do you think that i am doing it right just based on that. o yea i can stop my pee midstream which means strong PC muscles and i have a 7 inch dick and im 13 in case it matters.
