Never heard of em. I don't trust any pills. Lemon is a detox and will help flush out fat when you are dieting.
I had great results with Lipodrene. It gave me more energy (better work-outs) and suppressed my appetite.

My friend tried them and they worked but as soon as she came off them she put all the weight back on. Then she did the slimming world diet and it worked, as soon as she stopped food combining it went back on.

If you want to lose weight exercise Emery day and eat loads of fruit and veg with just a little protein and carbs. This way it stays off and you remain healthy. Eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full. This is for life, not just for the diet. I used to be over 11 stone at 5'2", and now I am 10 stone just by following Gillian McKeith's "You are what you eat" programmes.
They're very bad for you and can cause brittle bones because they remove the calcium from your body as well as fat.
