im a skinny guy, whats the easiest way to get a 6 pack and nice pecs?

i was skinny like you , i would recommend you first eat more.every 4 hours like eggs, milk chicken , fish or meat, spagetti. Once you have gained weight work out.
Dont do it before beacuse you will get more skinny. First of all, consider yourself lucky -- it's easier to get a six pack if you're not overweight, because the fat can hide the muscles. What you need to do is to go heavy on the weight training and light on the cardio. Also, consume 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day. Work out a minimum of 3 days a week, concentrate mostly on resistance training (weightlifting), and eat plenty of healthy foods. You'll have great results!
