How do I know if I have testicular cancer?

Question:
I've got tenderness in my left testicle, some irritation when I urinate, 'foamy' urine.not unlike post-ejaculate urine, soreness on my left side (hip, buttock, pelvis) that reminds me of arthritic pain, and

Answers:
testicle tenderness can be from an STD or a torsion, trauma, blue testicles, tumors, almost anything.
the fact that you also have left hip soreness, could be sciatica, shingles, arthritis, trauma, ,,,,
are they related? hard to say..
an US of the testicle is appropriate for problems, urine tests for a disease , blood tests could be appripriate as well and an MRI for the lower back (in case your hip pain is related to sciatica..)

Other Answers:
testicular cancer has nothing to do with your urination.
You more than likely have a Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI)

This sound like an inflammatory process requiring antibiotics. See a doctor.
go to the doctor duh!.
Sounds strange. are you sure you don't have a hernia? I know when you pick up something heavy and strain yourself you cause a small rupture in the lower intestines and get a hernia. Somehow the testicles are connected w/ this problem. As far as cancer, you should check each testicle by rolling your thumb thoroughly on each one and checking for unusual lumps. I would get this checked out though and get some real answers from a specialized doctor. Good luck.
