Help!! Are tiny bumps under the shaft of your penis normal?

Question: Ive never really asked any other guy but i wanna know if every guy has tiny bumps, like the ones everywhere else on the body where hair grows,(hair phosicles), under your penis??

I am not a guy but I asked my husband if they were normal, he has them as well and they are hair follicles, I imagine most men have them, your pubes are a lot more coarse then the hairs on your body so the hair follicles (bumps)are probably bigger than the ones on your body and more visible because the skin is so thin there.
