In order to understand what that seam is you have to understand fetal development. Or how males are made. As we develope from an egg the male and female organs share common tissues. If a male is to develop, the tissue that would have formed the outer lips in a female has to join together and form the scrotum the point where the two lip grow together forms this seam that goes down the underside of the penis, down the scrotum and on to the anal opening. The male penis is made from the same tissue that forms the females clitoris. The female ovaries are the glands that form the testicles in males. That is why the testicles have to drop down into the scrotum just before birth. Get on google and look up fetal development, reproductive system.
