Acne Infection Medicine?

Question:
I've got acne treatment and now it's much better. Used to be lumps but now it's all flat. However there is still acne infections where it cause little red spots on my face. Anyone has any medicine to recommend? and does anyone who used to be like me tell me how long does it take to cure this? thanks

Answers:
As long as the underlying infections are gone, you shouldn't have much to worry about. Don't touch your face and get some light benzoyl peroxide (10%) or salicylic acid (2%) to slough away some of the scabbing that you have. Wash your face often with a moisturizing cleanser (Olay Moisture Rich Cream Cleanser works great) and keep it clean. Once the main acne is treated with medication, there's not much to worry about besides aesthetics. Just keep on your regimen of pills and you'll get through it soon. Good luck!
well the sunshine definitely helps a lot...also clearasil ultra pads seem to help me..they're a little more expensive than the others but they seem to work better.
