Sex and porn is something you have taught your body is a good thing. Now, whenever it senses either of those, it's going to start releasing chemicals within your body to "prepare" itself for something good.

If you're getting too exited and it's causing too much (or too early) excitement, there can be 2 different remedies.
1) Get more of them both on a more regular and consistent manor. This will allow the body to get used to these chemical releases and the excitement will not be as intense.
2) {Better option} Attempt to stay away from any type of porn or sex at all until you are truly ready for it. If you are not around either for a little while, the chemical release will not occur as quickly. However (fair warning), with this method, once those chemicals do start, they will seem stronger then what you remembered them from before.
