You might want to work on your typing there so that your question is actually understandable. From what I could grasp, you seem to think that all college students spend at least some time stumbling around their dorm drunk.
It makes me curious as to whether you've ever attended college. For one, having the same roommate for 4 years is probably pretty rare. Second, for as many people that wander around in a stupor, there are even more that either don't drink, or at least do so in moderation.
As well, there is nothing magical about college that makes some people experiment other than the fact that for many people it is the first time that they have lived away from their parents and they feel that they are free to do what they wish. For a lot of people however, experimentation with things like drinking starts long before college, but only becomes obvious then because they are free from parental oversight.
