I have been in a relationship with the same guy for years..was friends with him from 1990-1993, he asked me out in 1993 an I have been with him ever since...
So , I am well experienced with the guy odor issue ( most of my friends are guys who hang out with the both of us )
Guys just sweat alot, and they tend to have increased body odor from testosterone..
Ever notice when they are doing "guy things"..they get pumped up, sweat profusely..
Its just their natural body odors, it has to do with how "manly " they are..100's of years ago, the desirable men to marry were the ones with the strongest odor, women thought them to be better providers and better to have children with..
Its just the basics of the animal kingdom..
It is nice when they clean up and wear a nice deodorant and I actually prefer AXE body spray ...

I am a woman, but would like to address this. I think both men and women have body odor issues. It has to do with metabolism and organisms all over the body, inside and out. Odor is caused by bacteria. It is retained on the body and in the clothing. Some people perspire more and have very quick metabolisms. Key is good hygiene. Washing clothes and self after daily use.
Men, HA! Women even have a commerical about their body odor issues. (remember mother and daughter walking on the beach, "did you ever feel not so fresh?")
