any advice on exercise?

i do push-ups and sit-ups. but not everyday,, maybe twice a week. please give me some advice whether i should do it everyday or not, how many reps. i do 1 set of 20 reps push up, and 5 set of 20 rep sit-ups. will this affect my height..

Answers:
I just wanted to ask what your objective is. If it is to gain height, forget it. It does not make any difference whether you do it three times a day or not at all. Because it has absolutely no impact at all!
The amount and frequency of exercise always depends on what you want to achieve in terms of level of fitness..
