well sometimes, if there is an irritation around the head or shaft of your penis it maybe cauliflower genital warts. They are uncurable and sprout around it and they actually come up above the skin. If you went to the doctor, great! The earlier the better. Sounds like it could be herpes, or genital warts. But if the irritation showed up a couple days after the intercourse, it may be nothing, being that herpes/warts have an incubation period. I am no doctor, so I hate to say THAT is what it is.
