eat healthy. I switched from the traditional 3 meals a day to eating small "snack" size meals 6 times a day. I heard that boosts your matabolism....you have to eat healthy, or it won't work. carrots. celery & pnut butter. 1/2 tuna sandwhich. banana & yogurt. cheddar and crackers. watch the servings info listed on packages and pre-measure to those numbers. IIf you don't have more to eat, you can't eat more.
2) exercise. cardio workouts. also add weight training. see a professional for these.
