Stomach problems?.

So yesterday I had really bad diahreah and really bad heartburn. It was the worst diarrheai have ever had. There was almost no stool in it. Just like pure water. Then today my stomach was feeling better so i ate lunch. after lunch when i went to the bathroom my stool was black. I heard that if you have black stool its because there is blood in it. is that true? is this something i should worry about?

Did the black stool look like tar and smell very very bad? If so, this is blood in your stool. You need to see a healthcare provider as soon as possible. If it does not look like tar, then it is probably due to what you ate. If you start feeling weak, then this could mean that you are anemic and you need to see your healthcare provider now!

yes black stool does mean blood you better go to a doctor you may be anemic from looseing blood!
