Is Finasteride available in Southern Ireland?

Question: Is Finasteride available in Southern Ireland either on prescription or over-the-counter? It is also known as Propecia. Thank you very much in advance.

According to VHI, and as of 8th March 2006, Finasteride is not yet licensed in ROI.
