Depending on how many calories you take in each day compared to how many calories you burn each day. To gain weight, simply increase your calorie intake and do not increase your exercise rate so that you do not burn more calories.


To gain weight muscular wise, i suggest that you take in more protein and carbs, and lift weights more. The carbs will provide you with energy to lift and the protein provides the muscles with protein.
Eat a lot and do nothing
Eat a whole lot of Mcdonalds or Oreos
eat, eat , eat and eat some more
Eat more and exercise less.;
Drink protein shakes. they sell protein shake mix at any GNC or supplement shop
Just wait till you are 40 and you will be amazed how easy it is!
Well. Eat a Big Mac.
