SEEK medical advice. I am older than you however I had the same problem, tired all the time. I ended up in the hospital unable to walk. After many tests and blood-work, they found that B12 was not being absorbed into my system (no matter what I ate). They started me on B12 needles and shortly thereafter I was up and about.
There are many, many other things that could be the cause so have some blood-work done and get some answers.
