These seem to be three separate issues.

First, some men have a bend in their penis - this is quite natural and unless it is a severe bend or it causes you pain when you get erect, it should not be a concern. Note that some guys bend up, some left or right and others down. TYes, possibly a straight penis is the most common but I've seen some bent ones too and there is nothing wrong with them at all. However, if you experience pain in your penis when you get erect, then you should consult a doctor as the pain could indicate an underlying problem.

Second issue. Semen can come out in wild spurts or just dribble down the penis. Even in one man it can vary from one day to the next. So, as long as it comes out and is whitish in colour (although it will be clear until puberty hits you) you are fine. If you masturbate once a day or more often, try cutting down to once a week and see if that improves you range. But don;t worry if it does and don;t keep your masturbation at such a low frequency for more than a couple weeks.

The pain in your lower abdomen is probably the only item tha tmay be of concern. It could be merely from a tightening of the abdominal region during orgasm. However if it is there throughout masturbation and not just during orgasm, it might warrant a doctor's visit. I would sggest masturbating a few times while lying on your back and try to stay relaxed above and below the penis while pleasuring yoruself. Save the tensing up for the final release. If you are relaxed and the pain is there then talk to your doctor; if the pain only comes with orgasm, the, in future, just relax and enjoy.

What way does it bend? Up, down, to the side, and what do you mean out of shape? Not everbody shoots when they have an orgasm, sometimes I shoot sometimes I dribble. What does it feel like when you are having sex? I don't know what to tell you about the pain in your lower stomach, maybe you should ask your Doctor.
