well i have had my gall bladder out cz when ever i ate greasy foods it happened to me pain was on the rie hand side in front although my back rite hand side hurt too...the big test is have him eat a greasy chzburger then c what happens goodluck also the pain is terribleeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!
