i have a problem with sleeping... HELP!!?
first of all i am 13 years old. during school i go to sleep at 1am and wake up at 7am. then as soon as summer vacation started i start to go to bed when the sun comes up at 6 and wake up at 2 in the afternoon. and it really isnt something that i can keep myself from doing. its a real problem for me and i dont like it. Is it unhealthy? Can anybody think of a solution for this kind of thing?
