no, you are not "automatically" infected, but the risk of infection is certainly higher than if the condom hadn't broken or your partner were not suspected of carrying the hiv virus.
and percentages are silly and misleading. if they tell you 99% safe it only means tat to ONE out of a hundred it will NOT be safe. who guarantees you or me are not that ONE?
please, when it comes to hiv, be VERY informed and cautious, in order to enjoy sex, which is divine.

IT is not100%, but I'd be scrubbing like mad. Then I would see a Dr. and get some antiviral drugs and whatever else he'd sling my way!
