One word! LASER! I've got the best bald package on Earth! Looks good, feels good and tastes good!

Other Answers:
If you can afford it, laser it off like the other guy said. I'm a woman & I like guys who've shaved "down there".
grab some hair trimmers and cut the hair off that way if you shave it you might get razor burn or some nasty ingrown hairs if that happens than sure its shaved smooth but it looks like you have really bad acne or genital warts and then your just scaring off whomever your sexual partner is so just trim it close every time you shave to keep it looking clean and well taken care of
All Muslim men (and women) are expected to shave down there -- and that's 1.4 billion people. So, your thinking about shaving is no big deal. It's only westerners that make such a huge thing out of a simple hygiene practice.

No, they will not grow faster or thicker. Does the hair on your head grow faster and thicker every time you have it cut? Hair is dead material (like your nails) -- it's not living tissue, so it doesn't matter what you do to it.

Yes, of course the hair fibres will reach the same length again. Hair on the pubic area has a length of anything up to 2-3 inches before the whole hair follicle (under your skin) ages, and stops producing. The hair naturally falls out, and a new hair follicle sends out another fibre.
