I think it's a stupid, irresponsible idea.who's gonna look after you when you get really sick? You'd lose weight, but it'd be nearly as unhealthy as bulemia. Unfortunately there aren't any real effective ways to lose weight fast and healthily.
There are people who do it, but they're also imbeciles.
You need to eat a variety of foods to maintain a healthy balanced diet. Eat Fruits, Vegetable, Meat & Milk products. But eat in moderation and cut down ur portion intake. Combine all that with moderate daily excersise and u will GRADUALLY see ur body improving. It wont happen just over night. And if u deprive urself from other foods such as dairy and meats u wont be getting all the nutrients that the body needs on a day to day basis!
