In summer why we get tired? how can i avoid it?


Question:
in summer get tired quickly. especially whe i go out. why happen like this.. how can i avoid it. have i to eat some special food in summer. if so what to eat?

When I'm outside a lot, and there's a lot of light from the Sun, I get really tired.
But of course, you must drink 8 glasses of water each day!
