I have been excercising and have been unable to get rid of the fat around my waist. Does anyone have any tip?

The best way to get rid of the gut is to revamp your diet. Eating a lot of fruits and vegetables will help with this. Also you if eat a salad (i know sounds weird) for breakfast you'll have energy to workout later. Also, Sit-ups and crunches will help develop your abdomen muscles and cycling will also help. Running and walking is also a good alternative but if your overweight, be careful not to run too much at first because you may damage your knees. Start slow, don't get discouraged.

Sometimes that fat around your waist is suppose to be there its your heredity. Your father or mother probablly had the same issue.
Exercise alone is not enough. You need to lose weight. There is no way to "redistribute" fat, the only way to get rid of it is to lose it.
