pull off your pants and boxers/underwear, if present. sit on the seat with a hole, usually located in the bathroom. then unclench your buttocks and let the wase product evacuate your bowels. when finished, reach for the soft paper usually located on the wall nearby the hole-seat. take a peie in your hand, and put it on your posterior, and pull tward yourself. repeat untell the paper comes back the origanal color it started. then stand up, and pull up your boxers/underwear/pands, if present. walk out of the bathroom, and give yourself a good pat on the back for a job well done.
