Here are 3 Methods i have in mind that might be useful. Depends on how u think about it.
1st method is just directly tell her when you and her are together alone. Do it sincerely without any expression of worried.
2nd method is casually ask her out for a meal and in the midst of conversation,tell it to her how you feel about her.
3rd way, maybe ask her out to a gathering or so(if there is any) then take the initiative to suggest sending her home if late, as such it will give you a chance to tell her how you feel about her without any worries of embarassment when she rejects . It is also because if she does not accept it , then at least will not be so akward especially no one is seeing so less akward if any rejection.

but basically, just start of by getting to know her first. when the time is right, normally you personally will feel it and then just tell her. well, my suggested answers might not be good but just a sharing of ideas. Good Luck.
