What is the best way to increase blood circulation?

Question:
I already know the cause of the problem. I would sit in my chair with my leg over the other in a way that cut off the circulation and cause it to get that tingly feeling you get. The only problem is is that sence then, it seems that I get that feeling quicker and when I run or walk or something the back of my leg hurts around the calf a lot faster like I have been doing the exersise intensly and for a long time. It is making my walking and workouts harder and I need to know what I can do, maybe stretches or something??? to increase it again so I don't get this problem.

Answers:
you must move around. Stand & walk around the room or your desk a couple of times at least every hour. Every few mins, uncross your legs & move them about a bit. You are putting yourself at risk for a DVT. This is a potentially deadly blood clot in the lower leg. It can be caused by prolonged inactivity, among other things.
