How do you control or stop P.E. in men?

If you mean premature ejaculation then one way i used to cope with it is to have extended foreplay so that he ejaculates , then more foreplay until he is ready again , then intercourse. That seemed to stop the P.E.
I wasn't really that bothered by it because if he came that quick i would be thinking that it was me that made him do it because i was a real big turn on for him hehe.
I would be more worried if he couldn't come, that would leave me feeling unsexy (yeah i know unsexy isn't a word :-p ) and i would be thinking he didn't find me attractive and didn't find me a turn on.

If you didn't mean premature ejaculation then i don't know what you mean by P.E and ooooops *blush* lol
Once you graduate high school, that should be about the end of P.E.. This link may help.
whats P.E please, i am Irish and don't understand what it means sorry to be a pest
No real way . . .the EITs are the most at risk to become PEs.
Masturbate before you do the sex act. By doing that there won't be so much anxiety when you are actually doing it hence, delaying the ejaculation period for a while.
There are lots of techniques, but if they all fail, P.E. can be treated with antidepressants (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) - Lexapro, Paxil, etc. Lots of people who take these drugs for anxiety and depression have a difficult time having an orgasm - both women and men.
yup, Racquel and Julie are correct. get the quick spurt over then start the long slow burn.
P.E? Physical Exercise?
