wats da diffrence between a keloid and a knot in my ear ?

if it is a keloid i can neva get it pireces agian right? wat if i get it pierced further down my earlobe under the keloid or wateva it is it feels like an eraser but it ont hurt at all i jus want it pierced agian this time i wont leave it alone i will take care of it pppllzzzz have good news

If it's a keloid it will never go away. Trying to get it removed will only cause it to come back larger since it's caused by your body not knowing when to stop scarring. And moving a piercing won't help either since a new keloid will form. Sorry there isn't better news!
