Answers:
Shaving or plucking theres no difference there it always grows back !
see a skin doctor if your that concerned with it
otherwise look forword to years of shaving and plucking

Other Answers:
i really dont think you should pluck it, it's a tender area.
There are products that remove facial hair without having to resort to shaving. Ask your local pharmacist for assistance. Plucking your hair is not the way to remove any facial hair because of what you already mentioned.
I've been plucking there for years! It's fine:)
shaving does not make hair grow in thicker and plucking facial hair may cause in grown hair.
It is just red because you are pulling it out. Try waxing for a faster technique although it will still be red for a few hours.

You are right not to shave it. Not because it will come back "thicker" because it only appears that way but because you are essentially cutting it so there is the blunt edge that has more surface area then newly grown hair.

If you have the funds get laser hair removal. After about 7 treatments 3 or 4 weeks apart you will never need to worry about it again!

Good Luck.
