Im 13, Im 10 stone but I wouldnt call myself fat at all where the hell did all the weight come from?

You haven't stated your height. If you are over 5' 7" tall then 10 stone is an acceptable weight. If you work out a lot then you need to remember that muscle is heavier than fat. If you don't feel or look fat then be happy!
As you are 5' 6", you don't have anything to worry about. With plenty of exercise any excess weight will disappear over the next couple of years.

When you hit puberty you always put weight on Do some sports and make the most of it! You are nowhere near fat!
If you are not fat, then don't worry, how tall are you?, are you muscular?, muscle weighs more than fat, if you had a kilo of each you would have twice as much fat as muscle, even if you are quite slim you are carrying more muscle than you realise, and that's good.

Eat good food, plenty of fruit & veg, exercise regularly and you need never gain too much fat.

I would imagine that you are a little overweight but then its better to be a little overweight than a little underweight. you may have a growth sput soon and that'll sort it out.
Weight in itself is a relative measure. I wont say that you are over weight because you are still growing. Your muscles and bones weigh quite a lot so dont get too bothered about the 10 stone bussiness. You are also quite tall for your age so you may likely grow into some nice big guy (not necessarily fat!).
