When doing a dumbell curl, my left arm tendon feels pain, is it serious?


Question:
There is a small pain, and when i lift i can feel the tendon from my bicep under pressure from the weights i lift,
the tendon i am talking about feels like a hamstring, running from the top of my shoulder down to the elbow.

What should i do, to heal pain,

wait for some time rest your arm a bit take a break from gym do only light exercises and yes most importantly always do the warmup exercises before starting exercise

to heal the pain have warm water with salt and dip your arm in it..it works for me

Your just feeling the burn lol. Nothing serious at all, has your coach ever told you no pain no gain. I myself just started lifting and i feel the same exact thing. When you feel this "burn" start to settle down its just the muscle breaking down, so it can build back up (thats how u get muslce) I myself enjoy this pain cause i feel like im accomplishing something in my workout. I recoomend doing 15-20 reps with a 10-15 pound dumbell. FEEL THE BURN BABY
