My friends 's penis got bitten by a mosquito when he is camping.Can you tell me will he get any diseases?

Highly unlikely! No different from a mosquito bite on any other part of his body. He may even have some fun relieving the itch! As a boy I got poison oak on my little penis and made a wonderful discovery when I was rubbing it to relieve the itch in bed one night!
