when you cant get it, or your not around it you dont smoke it...your chillin somewhere, a buddy offers you a bong what do you do...smoke it. he needs to take time away for a bit, get a friggin hobby, hit the gym...the gym is the best..you dont smoke while your there and you dont smoke before you workout. take a week or two away from his boys..or his dealer. orrr...just tell him he can only have one late at night to sleep

He needs to start going to NA meetings. If he really wants to stop using, then he will take all the help and suggestions he can get. There he can talk to others who have been where he is at now and how they handle things without lighting up.
