I am a singer and in the music industry I need to maintain a nice physique how can I lose weight?

My recommendation is to stop eating after 7:00 pm or 3-4 hours before you go to bed. Increase the amount of water you drink each day at least an 8 oz glass every hour. Also start walking each day, start out slow and short distances and increase your distance and speed each time you walk. Watch what you eat, keep a food journal for two weeks and see if there are any patterns that you can change. Try to stay away from the fast food places, they are high in fat.
