i had a pee and found a worm hanging out of my doodle i pulled it out and everything seems fine!?

Question:

Has this ever happened to anyone else and is this sort of thing normal should i be worried?
Thought maybe i drank the worm in a boottle of tequila but i didnt notice a worm in my drink.
is it possible for it to go all the way through?

Parasites can be defeated. Drink a glass of 1/2 carrot juice/ 1/2 Grape Juice with a tablespoon of raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar, a dash of cayenne, cinnamon, and turmeric three times a day and add one tiny drop of wild oregano oil to each glass.

Also drink 6-8 glasses of distilled water with a pinch of unrefined sea salt every day.
