side belly fat?

i am doing 8 km of runnig every day then exercising .then hell cut out on my dite but i am sick of side belly fat reducing very slow reast of body is in good shape even upperabs are in good shape ..everything well defined but the side belly ..please help me i am dipressed

you need to do side sit ups lay down when you raise with both hand take your hands and move to the side do 15 and increase 5 every week or more.
