I have two big lumps that hang in a sack between my legs. Could it be cancer?

They have been there as long as I can remember but they started growing larger around the time I started growing pubic hair. Should I have it checked?

holy crap, ok i saw this on tv once. you need to get yourself a scalpel, and a bottle of alchohol. whiskey will work in a pinch. hold the sack firmly with one hand and use the scalpel to very carefully remove the sack. then splash the area with the alchohol. next set the alchohol on fire in order to stop the bleeding. take the bag and throw it into a wooded area as far as you can. i just saved your life dude.
