I need some possible answer to a question about blood and orgasms?

my brother came to me and last week and told me for the last two weeks, when he has had orgasms along with the ejalucation comes blood. He said that it does'nt burn or hurt. He does;nt come out with his urine or anything. He just comes out when he has a orgasm , but it does''nt hurt .I ask him. Has he been sleeping around.? He said no. I don't know what to say. I was wondering have anybody out there heard of it or experience it .Please let me know as soon as possible!
