How effective is circuit training?

How effective is circuit training? I am looking into this for muscle mass, endurance, and fat loss. It seems like an all around work out, does anyone have experience with this ?

A lot of experience with it. It works as well as the effort you put into it. If you work at it hard, you will see amazing results. If you just go through the motions casually, probably not much will happen, but even then it's better than sitting down on the couch all day.

I am definitely building muscle mass.

lfor mass-- lift high weights, low reps-4 to 6. endurance-- run your *** off. fat-loss- quit eating so much---chubs. when you work out, you want to eat more. dont do it.
