leprosy is caused by a virus. you have to catch it first. are you worried? or are you just curious? if you really want to know, first of all you have to find someone who has it.hang out with him all the time specially if you have open wounds. the easiest way is to find a leper (there aren't much anymore, you know), cut yourself, and rub your wound with his sores. but i really hope you wouldn't do that to yourself.
