10 minutes of interval training,10 minutes of strength training(focus on abs and thighs)every other day.Cut back at least 1000 calories on your diet,eat mostly macrobiotic foods,easy on the bread,rice and pasta.Drink lots of water to prevent bloating and water retention.

buy one of those balls and do sit ups on it....i go to the gym eveyrday for an hour and then come home and get on the ball and trust me sience i started useing the ball i have lost more then when i was just working out at the gym.....ppl say they don't work but i got one anyways and it burns off the fat....and you will hurt like hell the next day.....you can get one for like $10 at walmart or even up to 60 at a fitness store
Eat sensibly (not huge portions, no "junk" food or such) and exercise daily...crunches are good for the abs...walking/running or something else aerobic is good for overall weight loss...

Cardio cardio cardio. Start jogging or doing something to make you sweat for 30 minutes 3 times a week. Eat healthy protein snacks (protein builds muscle). Move more than you eat. Also small healthy meals throughout the day instead of 3 big meals. Make sure you eat breakfast as early as you can. Do that for 3 weeks and you would be fine. Cut out a lot of juices drink more water.
