My husband has small red rash on the tip of his penis only. It is not blisters it's just red blotchy places.

Question: What could be causing this. It's confined to just the tip of the penis. He states it itches from time to time but no burning or discharge. Are there any std's that this sounds like? This has been going on for the past couple of months. It gets better then reappears. What does this sound like?

Your husband has thrush, just like ladys, men get it too. If your not using condoms you can get it too. It's caused by an imbalance in bacteria and not necessarily by sex. The totaly best natural remedy is natural yogurt (not flavoured!!!) just rub a bit of that on twice a day for a few days and it will go. Yu may want to look at your husbands diet, especially the amount of yeast in it, bread, beer etc. Thats generaly the cause. Hope this helps. (my boyfriend had the same prob)
