Lifting weights everyday?

Question:
so i work out everyday lifting weights but i heard it is bad so should i do every other day or monday-friday or what do u do?

Answers:
you need to let your muscles rest. You can work out a different muscle group on different days for example work out your arms and chest one day then your core muscles the next day then your lower body the next time
Monday,Wednesday,Friday..are perfect days..Use the days off to rest..and allow the muscles to heal..work diff body parts.or do low reps/weights.
every other day is better but apparently 3 days a week is the healthiest way to do it
it depends on what you do in your work outs, if you do upper body one day and lower body the next day the you shouldnt work out everyday
if you work out only a couple of muscles per workout like i do then you can work out every day, one day i will do biceps and chest, the next day i do triceps and shoulders, the next day is my core (lower back and abs), and the last day i finish with lower body (legs and butt), each muscle group gets 3 days of rest before i work out again which is more than what normal people do if they work out every other day with an entire body workout
My brother is a fitness trainer out in vegas. He has always taught me to lift weights one day on, one day off, one day one, one day off, the two days on.
so it would be S-T-Th-F
after 5 days of not working out a muscle it will start to shrink.
hmm it really depends on the person. what you eat is a major importance. If you eat atleast 4 meals a day, and include cards and protein in most of your meals, you will probably be alright, but if you dont eat much, then you shouldnt work out much. I dont really watch what I eat, and I only eat 2-3 meals a day (sometimes ill have a random slice of bread or tall glass of milk between meals), and I work out 2-3 times a week.
