does the groin of some boys smells like the ejaculation? If it smells, does it always have to smell, or it smells only sometimes. I am saying if they are hygienic

There should be no odor. It sounds like poor hygiene. Sheeeez man , you wanna wash more!! Or get your head outta your friends groins

it's personal hygiene issues..washes daily and also dry it well..
