what could it be this pain??

Question:

i have a pain on my chest.exactly at the begining of my armpit..i went to see a doctor and after all exams they said i'm fine.but sometimes i have that pain and last for a day and half.what could it be?? could it be stress??

could be something with your lungs, your pecs, or it could be heartburn, or your heart. if you don't trust your doctor get a second opinion
