Adding on muscle?


Question:
Is it possible to gain 20-30 pounds of muscle in 1.5 years?

I already talked with a nutritionist/trainer and he said it is but the diet is intense.

I know its technically possible but does nyone out there actually have experience with this sort of thing.

yes it's possible to gain 20 to 30 lbs in 1.5 years. it's just gaining that much weight and muscle is not proper for my current pursuits. cheers!
It's totally possible

All you need to do is eat at least 6 meals/snacks a day (very lean food) I'm sure your nutritionist/trainer told you this.

I know plenty of people who gained 20-30 lbs of muscle in that much time
