Why does the climate in your area affect the brains response to THC?

Question: I have read before that to experience a complete high from bud, then you have to be in a 60 degree or higher climate.

Personally, I get a cleaner high when its cold where I'm at.

Answers:
When i smoke in a warmer place, i usually tend to mellow out easier, and the high is more drowsy.

When i smoke in the cold of winter, the high seems more intense, probably due to the fact that my senses are a little more vague then.
